We offer a professional postal service of Food Sensitivity testing by means of Hair Analysis.

Many ailments and everyday symptoms may be caused by food sensitivities. An objective test may lead to the cause being eliminated. Any symptom may indicate that you have a problem of food sensitivity, for example:

 You can access this test by simply sending a sample of your hair (a small lock approx 2 inches long from the end of the hair. Colouring etc. will make no difference to the results) which will then be analysed. You will then be provided with a list of all 150 items tested, indicating which one you are sensitive to. Diet sheets will also be provided where necessary showing where foods may be hidden in secondary items.

Full comprehensive written instructions are given on the procedure for eliminating problem items, reintroduction and how to identify an item to a symptom, making this simple and easy to follow.

VITAMIN & MINERAL DEFICIENCY TEST

A test for 29 vitamins and minerals (see list below) is also carried out indicating any deficiency you may have at the time of testing and showing any supplements required.

DIGESTIVE ENZYME REQUIREMENTS

In addition a full comprehensive test for the condition of your digestive system and recommendations for any digestive aids that may be required.

Proper digestion and absorbtion are two of the most important psychological functions in the body. If these processes are not working properly, optimal health cannot be maintained. Incomplete digestion can be a major factor in ill health.
